After many starts and stops due to fear and doubt, in Sept of 2017, I, along with my husband, started Pam's Magic Cauldron along with our LLC, Always Woke Holdings.
Whether it's providing delicious food made with love and served with love for clients or teaching others how to feed themselves well, food is life for me.

Where do I begin with Pam? Pam was the caterer to our wedding that was originally supposed to take place in March 2020. My Wife found out about Pam because she catered an event at her job - and because I trust my Wife, and she trusted Pam, I also trusted Pam. A few months before our wedding, I met Pam myself at a Farmers Market in Decatur where I sampled her smoked wings, collard greens, and mac & cheese. As a true southerner myself, I consider myself to be a harsh critic of soul food, but Pam's food lived up to the hype! It was delicious and very well cooked. My Wife, Pam, and I created the menu for our wedding which consisted of sliced turkey, collard greens, and mac & cheese. I have dietary restrictions for beef & pork, and my family has other dietary restrictions which were all communicated to Pam, and she obliged all requests. Unfortunately, six days before our wedding we had to postpone due to COVID. My Wife and I were devastated - but Pam worked with us throughout the ENTIRE ordeal. She was able to reschedule with us to our new date in October, was flexible with an altered guest count, and still delivered the same delicious food! Both sides of our family RAVED about how good Pam's cooking was. The turkey was tender and juicy, the collard greens were perfectly seasoned, and the mac & cheese was bursting with flavor. She did not disappoint. To Pam - thank you for being flexible during the COVID shuffles and still delivering amazing food. My Wife and I loved the food. Both of our families loved the food. Even the other vendors loved the food! To anybody looking to book Pam - don't waste time. Book her NOW. I promise you will not be disappointed and your taste buds will thank you after you're done eating!

We've been buying the smoked avacado tomatillo salsa for a couple months. Some of the best salsa out there. Just tried the smoked chicken this weekend and it was AMAZING! Can't wait to try Pam's next smoking experiment.

You taste their love and passion for delivering creative, delicious dishes in every single scrumptious bite. Pam's Magic Cauldron curated a private dining experience that I will never forget. I had an idea of what I wanted to eat and Pam came up with a menu that had my mouth watering over the phone. Pam prepared the most flavorful crab bisque I have ever tasted in my life. The (main) the most tender and perfectly seasoned short ribs and (sides) potatoes au gratin and baby broccoli with brown garlic. Delicious dishes and impeccable service, that's PMC. I dream about that dinner often.
