- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a initial session where we go over your BF% goals and overall views on fitness , and of course go through a workout!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Certified since 2008 in personal training and group training. Currently I am certified through and accredited certification called ISSA.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally got into fitness by teaching/coaching youth basketball. Eventually these same kids needed to get stronger , which led me into being their strength coach. Inevitably in 2008 I became certified in Personal Training and I have been doing it full time ever since.
