- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for a professional company that does offer discounts to members of the US Military, customer referrals, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer and I will schedule a time to meet (typically an hour or less). Once I arrive at the property, I will do a full inspection, take measurements, and discuss pricing and options for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Audio Technology with over 10 years of professional experience in the audiovisual industry and home improvement industries.
