Introduction: Carpet Makeovers, is a full service flooring company. We can handle all aspects of your flooring project. We clean, sell, repair and install carpet, tile, laminate and hardwood. So there's no "blame game", that you can get when the product is purchased from one place, the installation is performed by a different company, cleaning and maintenance is done by still another company. We are big enough to get the job done and small enough to care that's it's done right. We love seeing the look on our clients faces after the job is complete.

Mr. Williams and Carpet Makeovers has worked with us the maintain our carpets for the last few years. The company has always provided prompt and excellent service when it came to our carpets. However, it has gone above and beyond now in the ease of which they now allow you to make appointments and how they conduct post service follow-ups. Carpet Makeovers is outstanding and we only trust our carpets to their care. Just today my husband and I were again marveling over how amazing our carpets looked after last week's cleaning. Carpet Makeovers came in and cleaned my carpet to "like new" condition. They were very professional and thorough. What impressed me the most were the little slippers they give you in case you need to walk on the carpet while it is still wet. I LOVE the customer service and the results.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $30 per room for basic carpet cleaning.Stairs are charged as a room. Halls/wal-in closets, baths with carpet is $15 Carpet installation is done by on-site quotes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a thorough inspection of client's carpet, upholstery or tile. After inspection we prepare a cleaning solution that will render the very best results. After cleaning is complete we do a walk-thru with our customer to insure they are completely happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The IICRC is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Founded to establish and monitor eduational prgrams and sandards for the textile, flooring and upholstery inspection. I am IICRC, certified for carpet cleaning, repair and re-installation and water damage.
