Floyd let me know what time he would be at the property. The carpet was atrocious and there were clothes n stuff on the floors. He went over n above to get that carpet clean and it is unbelievable how good it looks! I highly recommend his service to anyone!

I loved the work that was done! When I got my puppy I didn’t realize that they had the bladder of a squirrel. After finally potty training, All of my carpets were so stained (some spots were dark) and had a horrible smell. THANK GOD for this company, he came on time and was super responsive. My carpets literally looked like I replaced them and they smelled so good, I’m extremely grateful. My carpet was almost a shade and half darker lol..

I’m a new homeowner who need my carpet and couches cleaned. Sityfresh was available the day I needed and was on time. When he left, everything smelled so fresh and clean. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very reasonable and super affordable. No hidden fees. We charge a flat rate for most services. We provide discounts for first time customers. We also offer specials for customers who book within 24 hours of receiving offer/pricing. Our goal is to provide quality services to all customers hassle-free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer or existing customer, Sityfresh® treats all customers the same. We communicate with each customer first in order to determine how many rooms need to be cleaned. We also discuss if any stains i.e. food/pets or spills that may need enzyme treatment. After all areas and/or issues have been addressed then We provide a fixed rate for all services to be rendered on service order. We provide steam cleaning services using hot-water extraction techniques and as Sityfresh®, we pride ourselves on educating and updating the customer throughout the cleaning process. If We notice any additional areas that may need extra work then We make sure to notify the customer first for awareness, additional fees if applicable, and approval before proceeding. Customers are allowed to make special requests before or during the job service and We do our best to always accommodate. Our process is “Customer-Centered and Quality-Driven”™️ so the customer(s) and Sityfresh® are always working on one accord.

All technicians are IICRC Certified.
IICRC stands for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
