Fantastic experience. He was super easy to schedule with, showed up when he said he would and was professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me tips on how to save headaches down the road. My AC is ancient and I was afraid I was going to end up with a huge bill at the end but I didn't. Derek was great, went over my options and then we patched up my old AC and it's as good as new. He has a customer for life now!

I submitted my information and got a prompt response. When he made it to my unit to inspect the issue he realized it was a drain issue. He cleared the drain and recommended some things I could do to keep the AC maintained. He didn't even charge the service fee. I still tipped him for coming out. I will use him again if I need anything in the future.

Derrick was very prompt and professional. I had a bad experience the day before and Derrick sure made me feel much better due to his honesty. He was very thorough and told me that there was nothing really wrong with the exception of a dirty coil which he cleaned as well as my other two units. Derrick has not only found a customer for life but also a friend.

We completed installation and the homeowner was very pleased at how well there home cooled and heated. The air was excellent and the customer saw a decrease in their energy cost. Remember, our mission is to SAVE you money on our services.
