Solid Solutions by Fred came to my home for software repairs on my laptop. He was professional, pleasant and the service was perfect. My laptop is now in top shape. I contacted him, he came and did the work, I paid him. A job well done. As many homeowners know, finding someone to respond & show up isn't easy to find these days. I wasn't in a hurry yet he was here within 2 days (snow delay). The price was very reasonable. I have a background in computers and say this with confidence. On a side note, I am a woman who lives alone. Fred made me comfortable with his presence even though he was a large, male stranger in my house. I had a neighbor over while he was here but women understand why I was nervous about this at first. But it was fine.
