- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always adjusted by the market. We also provide a referral discount of 10% off your friend's order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin with, we ask for details and photos of the project, then our master, if necessary, comes out to make an assessment. We then agree on the budget and date for the work. Then we start the project. The approval process takes up to 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education of our craftsmen is completely different, among them there are: Electrician, Welder, Painter, Plumber, Carpenter and others.
