I had a full day of items to cover including caulk, paint, hanging shelves, and repair tv stand and door. Dennis came on a Saturday at 9AM and worked on paint and caulk, and also installed my new front door lock. But then he had to leave early for some meeting but said he would come by on Thursday 11AM. He said he couldn’t make it because he was stuck in Pennsylvania. Instead he sent a different guy Ross to finish the job. Dennis still stayed in communication with me to assure me that Ross would complete the paint job(it was a color mismatch at first) and everything else around the house. Ross came by at 3pm and stayed until 11pm(very sorry!!), he met all my expectations and left everything neat and tidy!

Denis did an amazing job helping me with a hand full of tasks, including installing 4 ceiling lights, swapping out 2 bathroom light fixtures, adding handles/pulls to a vanity cabinet, installing a medicine cabinet, putting up two curtain rods, and mounting a TV. I really appreciated the time he took to clarify how I wanted certain things done. He also had great suggestions whenever my requests weren't practical or there was a better way of doing something. Overall, I will definitely be reaching out to Denis again whenever I need a handyman!

From the time I requested a professional, I received an almost immediate response. My product was delayed due to an outage with Amazon, but he stayed in touch and was flexible with my schedule. He removed the fan and installed the new one with great efficiency. He also gave me a demo on how to use the remote control which he also secured in the wall. Great value, efficiency and experience!!
