Was hoping to get fan installed by Monday. Tom responded quickly and was able to make it out same day! Did a great job, tested, it looks great. I have 11 foot high ceilings in my 114 year old house and original hardwood floors. He was just great and respected my property.

Tom was flexible in that he worked with me when my deliveries did not arrive on time, resulting in a last min cancellation on my part. Once all the deliveries did arrive, I was more than happy to contact him again. End result? A professional assembly of my adjustable bed frame, 7ft tall headboard, and nightstand...all in under 3hours. I would definitely hire Tom again!
