- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for estimate on site. We have monthly discounts and bundle package for flooring & painting. We work with customer budget always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me I believe communication is a key factor in this industry it is good that we are on the same page prior the work started. We would like to come out and give you an estimate and work close with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Design Yourself we stay on top of the market, every 6 months we evaluate our employees , I himself studied Business management and administration. We have people that have over 10 years in the industry.
