- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two pricing options: 1) Family Partnership: You pay a discounted rate each month for a set of lessons included. Some partnerships include resources and tools that your child can use to support their learning. 2) A la Carte: Want to try it out first before you decide? For elementary, we will do 1 tutoring lesson with your child for $42. For secondary/adults, we will do it for $45. Then if you join our program, the $42 or $45 will be deducted from your first month partnership fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE consultation to determine your child's strengths and areas of growth. It also allows you to ask any questions and share with us your desired goals for your child. This will help us to create the most personalized learning plan for success. Our Instructional Coach works with the tutor to design the best individualized plan that fits their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Desiree, the Owner and Instructional Coach has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Mathematics. She also has a master's degree in Teaching, Learning and Assessment from National Louis University. She has been in education for over 17 years with 9 years as a classroom teacher and 8 years as an Instructional Coach. She has successfully taught PreK-3rd grade and have trained PreK-12th grade teachers.
