- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent. I offer flat-rate packages for business plan development, grant research, and grant writing, along with strategy sessions for clients who need clarity before moving forward. There are no hidden fees. Everything is clearly outlined upfront, so you know exactly what to expect. I’m always happy to have an open, honest conversation about your budget and goals so we can design a solution that feels realistic, aligned, and supportive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be clear, supportive, and structured: 1. Discovery Call We start with a conversation to understand your business, goals, challenges, and funding needs. This helps me determine whether a business plan, grant services, strategy support, or a combination is the right fit. 2. Clarity & Direction If needed, I help you clarify your vision, define your goals, and organize your ideas so your business plan or grant strategy is built on a strong foundation. 3. Customized Proposal Based on our discussion, I create a tailored proposal outlining the scope of services, timelines, and pricing. 4. Agreement & Onboarding Once approved, we sign a simple agreement and gather the information and documents needed to begin. 5. Development & Support My team and I begin writing your business plan, researching or preparing grant applications, and/or providing strategic guidance. You’ll receive updates, drafts, and opportunities for feedback along the way. 6. Review & Refinement We review everything together and make revisions as needed to ensure the final deliverables accurately reflect your vision and goals. For clients who need help implementing their plans, I also provide access to U.S.-based executive assistant support, affordable overseas virtual assistants, and IT support through my team. My priority is to make the entire experience feel calm, clear, and empowering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 30 years of experience in business operations, strategic support, and client services, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I also hold certificates in: Business Fundamentals Accounting & Finance Basics Human Resource Development Project Planning Sales & Marketing Management Essentials Organizational Systems Improvement In addition to formal education, I’ve worked closely with startups, women-owned businesses, service-based entrepreneurs, and nonprofit founders to develop professional business plans and support grant research and grant writing. I also completed professional business coaching through FocalPoint, which strengthened my leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. I stay current with business planning standards, grant requirements, and funding trends to ensure my work is practical, relevant, and competitive.
