- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each menu is customized exactly to each event. Everything starts at a base price of $200 (except for meal preps and virtual classes) after that everything is al la carte based on Menu items,decor, travel, and length of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do consultations! I have a lot of prepped menus for my guest to look at. I always like to ask questions, see what they’re familiar with and what direction they’d like to head in for the event. The menu should be exciting, well balanced, and catered to the guest. I prefer to push boundaries when it comes to food, so I will provide a list of foods that may seem in ordinary but I promise will elevate your dishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school for three years, as well working in the food service industry for 8+ years. I am now working to build a brand for myself and share this amazing adventure with the world.
