Introduction: Being an administrative assistant, I did the following:
* Greeted the consumers or visitors, answered the telephone and took messages
* Created and maintained the consumers' charts
* Set and gave reminder notices for doctors' appointments and provided transportation if needed
* Provided administrative assistance to four therapists and two doctors
* Ensured all required paperwork was provided to the required agency
As a property manager/compliance specialist, I did the following:
* Responsible for maintaining the rental office for a 308 single-home tax credit community
* Posted and reconciled deposits accurately each day into the correct accounts
* processed all move-in/-out paperwork
* Traveled to new communities and set up the office, trained and oversaw the new hires
* Input bills for payment using the YARDI accounting system
* Demonstrated outstanding organization when I set up and maintained a workable filing system for resident, maintenance, and vendor files
* Forwarded all late accounts to the attorney for eviction after the proper notifications were sent out
* Met the terms and requests of owners, supervisors, and state regulatory agencies by completing all necessary monthly, daily, quarterly and annual paperwork
* Began and completed the annual recertification process, 120 days
* Answered the telephones, greeted applicants, showed the units available for rent
* Supervised up to six people and vendors
* Qualified applicants for move in
* Completed necessary paperwork for move outs
* Collected and deposited rents into the proper accounts
* Prepared bid packages for vendors, effectively implemented marketing materials and controlled spending to stay within the annual budget
