- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices listed are starting ESTIMATE prices. Because computer and networking problems can often be caused by several different issues, troubleshooting may require further costs. I am always transparent in communicating pricing and am happy to work with customers and clients, because with out you, there is no Digital Dudes LLC! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request, I often request a phone call to review the issue. This is the fastest, most efficient way to discern what action to take next, as well as allowing me to provide the customer with the fairest and most accurate quote. A 5-10 minute phone call can provide the same amount of progress as an entire day of trading messages!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a degree holding Network Analyst, as well as having Network+ and Microsoft/Linux networking certifications. I also have the A+ certification. Your Computer Hardware and Software, whether business or residential, are safe with me!
