We called One Way Septic and I appreciate the fast turn around that they had to come out and provide maintenance (cleaning/pumping the septic tank). Upon opening the tank, the gentleman told us its missing a baffle tee and the tail out that goes to the drain field is rotted. We also inquire and put in a riser for our convenience. In total the job ran us $2600+.

Here's the reason for my 4star.. I will start by saying the crew was cordial, and professional to us and Daisy provided us with valuable information about how to take care of our septic system.
Two things I didn't like, the parts used for the baffle tee and tail out are not very expensive, however in the plumbing industry companies like these set their exuberant prices for their work. Us consumers are at the mercy of these companies with whatever price they tell you. I personally think the industry needs an overhauling and industry pricing set by a mandating branch as far as pricing is concerned. Nobody want their septic to back up in their home, so when there's a problem and a septic company says $4000 to fix this, and your tank is open, problem is visible,"what can you do?" You are at their pricing gouged whatever they decide on charging and i personally think their pricing factors are extremely inflated.

Second issue i had is that five days after the service, I had to be calling the shop, send unanswered text in order to get our paper work updated with the warranty they provide. The first payment receipt was missing this info.
If some spent almost $3000 in less than 4hours with your company, the least and peace of mind for the customer is to ensure you button up giving them their warranty info... ESPECIALLY THAT I HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT BEFORE THE WORK COULD BE STARTED... again another thing that needs overhauling!!!
