After having to reschedule because of the snow, the service was done as soon as the roads cleared and their equipment was thawed out. They worked quickly, replaced a valve on the tank, did some maintenance on it and then pumped it out. They were respectful and professional.

The motor in my basement sump pump finally gave up the ghost on a Saturday. I put the job for a replacement installation on Thumbtack and Benjamin came out within an hour, took the old motor out, went and bought a new one and installed it. The job was done that same afternoon. The quality of the work is excellent, with a 1-year parts/labor warranty. The cost was very reasonable and I am relieved the problem was solved so quickly.
