Mr Gordon was both professional, friendly and efficient. The time given was between 9 and 1 o'clock. He arrived exactly at 9, which in itself was impressive. Mr Gordon was great at explaining the problem, correcting the problem and making sure the toilet and drains were functioning correctly. The job was completed within an hour.
