JT completely exceeded my expectations with his computer repair service. I brought in an older, custom-built system that I was eager to save for its processing power. After an initial successful repair, the system unfortunately ran into further unexpected issues. JT was incredibly honest. He gave me a transparent warning that continuing down this path could become too costly and advised that a new PC might be the better financial choice. I deeply appreciated his integrity and willingness to save me money. Assuming the PC was a total loss, I asked him to remove the hard drives for security and scrap the rest. However, driven by sheer professional curiosity, JT kept working on the problem in his spare time. He discovered a much more affordable solution than originally anticipated, fully repaired the system, and reached out to see if I still wanted it. He completely passed the savings on to me instead of just selling the refurbished rig for his own profit. When I got the PC home, I ran into a display issue, but JT provided immediate over-the-phone tech support and kindly pointed out that I had simply plugged the monitor into the wrong port. The final repair cost was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend JT for their outstanding service, honesty, and true professionalism.

Michael is absolutely fantastic! Hes fixed several of my phones over the years and has also helped me repair my PC, all at an incredibly fair price.
