- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After clients have accepted the quotes and the job is scheduled. When I arrive at the job I like to do a walk through and check list to make sure each home/business is cleaned to each customers request. Also, a walk through when the job is complete to guarantee satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother instilled the love of house cleaning in me as I was growing up. I now run my own business cleaning comercial and family homes and apartments
