Introduction: I offer fitness training and management and provide the following services: * My classes are from Mondays to Thursdays at 6am, 8am, 9am and 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. You can come everyday and this includes a meal plan and measurements as well! * Design and implement personalized exercise and diet programs targeting specific conditions and concerns, including obesity, arthritis and high cholesterol. * Counsel members about fitness, exercise, health and injury management * Run group fitness classes * Provide weight-lifting, treadmill and other fitness apparatus instruction * Ensure the safety of all members and clients * Advise on common sport- and exercise-related injuries * Assess clients' fitness on a monthly basis The following are my selected accomplishments: * Monitored a group of 20 people who lost 7 to 20 percent body fat under my supervision * Implemented the Fit Fast incentive training program that encouraged and challenged people to their lose weight

Brian is an excellent trainer and will push you beyond where you think you can go. I lost 37 pounds and feel great. He has taught me how to eat healthy and make the right choice when selecting my foods. I'm team Brian!!!

He will help you achieve your fitness goals. He knows how to push you. He has a great personality. He'll call you if you don't show up. Best trainer. Do what he says and you will be very happy with the results.

Very knowledgeable! Not like other trainer that yell like drill sargents. Brian is always hyper and in a positive mood, even at 5 a.m. He is a great motivator and confidence booster! I got great results working out with him! He even did wake up calls!

He is an excellent trainer.He will teach you the proper technique and have you reach your goals. And also he will have you in stitches laughing so it helps.
