- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically we take the square footage of your home or business and produce a price based off that footage. We take the time to completely measure your home or business so we can provide you the most accurate price available. This protects you and us because you are assured the price you are given is a solid figure and you will not be billed differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to go out and meet our potential customers in person for a couple of reasons. First so they can get to know us and this allows us to get to know the customers. This also allows us the opportunity to look over the areas to be cleaned so that we can give the customer a fair and accurate price quote. We always take the time to explain our "Soft Washing" process to the client and we take the time to listen to any specific needs the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the UAMCC (United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners) and attend training on a annual basis. We are licensed, insured and carry full Workers Comp.
