- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts, and a discount for recurring service. Prices vary with each job. Our price may not always be the lowest, but our work will always be the best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have the customer's contact info and address I quote them for my services and begin work when they're ready. I also let my customers know what is included with my services so we're on the same page about what's expected. Payment is typically due at the time of service. Once the work is finished I consult with the customer to schedule their next service. I offer weekly and bi-weekly service.
