- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is flexible depending upon the clients needs. I do request a minimum of two sessions per week with a monthly commitment. I think this allows the client to make progress in the fastest way possible and is more cost effective in the long term! It helps me track your results better and builds a good routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to establish your "Why?". This may seem pretty straightforward but there are so many forces at play it helps to clearly identify where you are and where you want to be. The next step would be getting to work! I know time is precious so I do assessments of movement during the first workout. We want your body to function for your life. Every workout will cover the full body and we will mix it up so you have fun and your body is challenged appropriately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NASM certification, Womens Fitness Specialization, Corrective Exercise Specialization and TRX Suspension PRO training. I am always learning and growing. Scientific research is constantly changing so I am continually learning and finding the best ways to get you fit and healthy!
