- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the job not by the hour. I like to give a quote based on what your needing done. It helps to do a walk through with my customers and they tell me what they need done, so that I know what to focus on and leave nothing out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the new customer to contact me and we set up a time/day for me to come take a walk through with them and get an idea of how big their home is, what they need done, and how much is to be done. Then I give them a quote and we work on a day to make it happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a mother of 3 so I’m always busy cleaning up after them. Plus I’ve been in the house cleaning business for years now! I’m open to any suggestions.
