Arrived timely; explained what was required to complete the installation of the sink faucet and garbage disposal; went to pick up the additional parts needed and completed the job timely and satisfactory. I had such a great experience with Robby and wanted to leave a review because it’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the experience they give their customers. From the moment he arrived, he had a positive, friendly attitude that immediately put me at ease. You could tell he actually enjoys what he does, and that energy made the whole process less stressful for me.
He took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue, explained what was going on in a way that made sense (without talking down to me), and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was — he didn’t rush the job, and even double-checked everything before finishing up to make sure it was done right.
By the time Robby left, not only was the problem fixed, but he left the work area cleaner than he found it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest plumbing work. Top-notch service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair, below average; however my experience, skill, and quality of work are taken into account. I install plumbing the proper way and up to code, I don’t cut corners and although my prices are low compared to most companies, don’t expect me to Jerry rig plumbing and half way install things so you can pay bottom dollar. It’s not the right way to do things and I don’t want liability for rigged up or half way done work.

Have a conversation with the customer about the particular issues they are having and get a feel for them as a person

I’ve worked alongside master plumbers for years, I have thousands of hours of on the job experience and training with all types of plumbing systems
