I feel like I was taken advantage of. I have torn a tendon off of my shoulder by 1.5 inches and it is very painful, so I needed the carpet professionally cleaned for me before moving in. After he said he was done...The carpet did not look like it had been cleaned at all and it was still dirty, soiled and stained, just awful with no improvement. ( I took pictures I will share of how bad it looked like after he took my $175 and said he was done)...so I went out and bought a cheap $100 carpet cleaner and had to redo the whole house in extreme pain all by myself! NOW, the carpets look great though and all of the soil and stains are gone. Thx to me. You will see how dirty the water was after I cleaned after him..when it should have been relatively clean. I want my money back!
