That it's always negotiable. My prices are affordable.

Walking them through the process and making sure they understand and are completely comfortable with how I work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowing what cleaning products work for what job. You can't use just anything on any surfaces without risk of damaging it. Know your products. Go green is the best way I've found.
