I came home to visit my mom and was surprised to find her yard was over grown and not taken care of as it should have been. Her needs and requests were not being met by the current lawn service. He also took the time out to come by and take care of most of it the very next day. My mom was so happy. I know this is a long post. But there nothing more reassuring and gives you a peace of mind when you live hours from your loved one, then to have someone you know you can trust to take care and pride in the work they do for them. The gentleman that did the work was very nice and took the time to listen and discuss with me a plan to get my lawn, shrubs and flowers maintained. He worked long and hard to get the lawn cut due to neglect. Also, I hired Smith Lawn Service in less than 15 minutes after I signed up with Thumbtack and Mr. Smith sent someone out the next day. I was impressed with their promptness.
