- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for any and all moving needs. Our current 3 man rate/truck included @ $117 per hr. We give an instant discount for all potential Thumbtack customers. Our current rates for this is $105 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our potential new customers to personally discuss their moving process. To answer any questions they may have and to go.over and discuss any concerns that they have about moving. Once we've met and discussed their concerns , we then give a formal estimate on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read alot about other moving companies and how their growth continues by staying on top of their company.
