- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the work experience level that the client indicates on the initial request for resume service and any additional services needed such as : -Cover letter, -LinkedIn support -Coaching/Interview Prep
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical steps include: 1) Initial request of service followed by client emailing “As Is” resume copy to Pro. 2) Client selects a resume document template fro the options posted in the Pro’s profile. 3) Schedule a consultation to discuss goals an inspect the 1st completed draft fo additions/approval. 4) Client approves final draft and submits payment. (Upon payment receipts the client receives bot PDF and Word versions of their documents.) 5) *LinkedIn assistance and feedback provided (if service is requested). 6)**Schedule and conduct a mock interview and provide coaching/feedback (if service is request).

My background is in Education and hold both Bachelors and Masters degree in the field.
