I am not sure they can. I called for a quote to remove 2 downed Pecan Trees. I am in Kentucky and the job was in Georgia. I felt like since I was located in another state that they could over price the removal. They wanted $2700.00 the other person quoted me 1,000.00. That is a huge difference. You make the call.

They text me back wanting my address and phone #, saying they will call me when coming out to look at my gate. That was four days ago, haven’t heard anything from them since. Not impressed with communication.
