Overall a great experience. He bailed me out early on a Saturday morning, did not price gouge me even though it was last minute (very fair pricing!), and swapped out a gas water heater in record time despite me having to make an emergency run back to Home Depot since I bought the wrong one. Ronnie is very honest and easy to work with; I will definitely be using his services for future jobs.
