I had a lot of dark spots on my carpet and wasn't sure if they could be removed. I am so pleased that all of them came out except one that was really bad. My carpet feels so much cleaner. Marcus was on time, very neat, cleaned up after himself and also explained to me how important it is to have your carpets cleaned, not only for dust but because of grease from cooking and also body oils. He did a fantastic job.
