I had a lot of dark spots on my carpet and wasn't sure if they could be removed. I am so pleased that all of them came out except one that was really bad. My carpet feels so much cleaner. Marcus was on time, very neat, cleaned up after himself and also explained to me how important it is to have your carpets cleaned, not only for dust but because of grease from cooking and also body oils. He did a fantastic job.

Excellent service and steamed cleaned carpets! The serviceman, Marcus, did the best carpet cleaning service I have ever paid for! He was precisely on time and he represents Ohana Carpet cleaning company as if he were the owner himself. And I asked him at the end of his excellent job if he was the owner! He isn't, but what pride this young man has in providing such a great service and a hard working, high standards of his job! I give them a 10 out of 10 for professionalism and end results! If you need your carpets cleaned, call OGATA carpet cleaning and ask for MARCUS!!
