- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rate, the base rate is determined by a number of variables. How accessible is your property, how soiled is the carpet or upholstery, and your scheduling flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform all our customer with Guaranteed Quotes over the phone to ensure accuracy. The price that you are given is Flat Rate, there are not hidden fees, extra charges or up selling. We also give you a industry leading 2 hour window and you will be alerted by SMS when the Carpet Cleaning Crew is on their way, so you don't have to wait around. After you book your Carpet or Upholstery Cleaning Appointment you will receive a confirmation email 2 days before your appointment, a text message reminder the day before, and
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stephen the Owner has a degree from UH in Bio-chemistry, all of our Crew Chiefs have over 8 years of experience and all of your employees are certified by the IICRC for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
