- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know pricing by the difficulty of job. Certain levels certain pay. Like the said we work and mastered a craft for 20 year and it take us couple hours to do. It also depends on the craftsmanship and detailed work, custom or just pre fab materials. It also pertains to how fast I want to be done. Moving furniture or a blank canvas plays a big part. Fixing or piggy backing some ones work. Mileage to destination..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet customer and brainstorm ideas and get a budget for project. Give a estimate.. if hired I would email a quote describing all types of scope of work. Then I would help find materials that’s suitable for owner, keeping owner involved at all times. I’d try to make project smooth as possible and to forsee hiccups along the way. Start job with good communication and scheduling. Best of all give the best product when done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m 2010 I received my journeyman certificate. It took about 4 years. I also attended 2 leadership programs in Vegas and got a certificate
