I recommend Leather Doctor, My wife and I bought a second hand beautiful white couch and we didn't notice till we got home that the leather was all worn down and had gotten sticky from body oils and soaking through the top coat and mixing with the paint. also causing the white couch to be yellowed as well I called 4 different companies and landed with Leather Doctor they were quick to respond and gave a free quote.The technicians name was Pono he came out and was very diligent to get every detail he corrected the paint for the whole couch by cleaning the body oils off and then he sanded the leather a little bit allowing him to repair the paint and top coat.He was very gracious as we went through and checked every detail probably seemed like we were a bit paranoid haha but he walked through it with us and even caught pieces himself that we could not see.The couch ended up being super smooth and supple and the couch was fully color repaired in every crack and crevice.

Pono from The Leather Doctor did an amazing job restoring a custom white leather stool in my Hawaii Kai condo. It had visible stains and discoloration, and I honestly thought the damage might be permanent, but the results were incredible. The stool now looks clean, even, and like new again.Pono came to Hawaii Kai, was professional, punctual, and clearly very skilled. He services the entire island, and I would absolutely trust him again with any leather restoration. Highly recommend!

This company is absolutely amazing! Their phone representative is so efficient and thorough and the actual person doing the repairs is PHENOMENAL! He was early to my appointment and being mobile is so convenient. I cannot thank him enough for the repair he was able to do! Im so happy with the work, he walked me through everything and the time it took for him do it was so fast. This was a very easy process. I got a quote right away and an appointment was confirmed. Pono was able to come to my office and fix my leather seat. It was so convenient and the job was done quickly. He explained everything that was done and now it looks brand new. I would definitely call him again.

I reached out to Pono to patch a hole about 2-3 inches big in a very old leather chair. The leather is very aged, thin and worn and I like it that way. I just wanted the hole to be fixed so that it would not tear any further. Pono completely understood what I was going for. Not only did he fix the hole beautifully, he also mixed a color (black and orange) to somehow create the same distressed dark brown patina that the rest of the leather has. We could not be more thrilled with the work! Super prompt, communicative, competent and easy to work with. 10/10.
