- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very straight forward and charge consistently per hour. Any work that is done based on set-price, I will do two edits at that price but must add hourly work for each additional edit within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get the best idea of what the customer is like and what they are really looking for in their project. I am willing to try new things but also make sure the client is comfortable with progress made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii in Art: Concentration Graphic Design and experience in 4 different companies with varied freelance work outside of regular agency work.
