Despite being pretty new, 2 of our new fans decided it would be more eventful to start clicking. The original installer came back and made a few adjustments, but the clicking persisted. Called them again, but this time they wanted $'s to fix the problem they could not fix. Realizing I needed someone else, Max Tower popped-up. I liked how he described himself, and it turns out he is a very good communicator (always communicated what would happen and when). After barely 30 minutes, fixing a loose wire, connecting a wire left unconnected, greasing...and, voilà, NO CLICKING! Max had also double- and triple-checked that there was no clicking on both fans, using all speeds!! We plan on bring Max back for other projects as they arise - he is very good!

Max was the perfect guy for the job of replacing a ceiling fan and light fixture. He gets right to work and wastes no time getting the job done fast and effectively. He even helped us with small details like swagging our light fixture to ensure it was exactly where and how we wanted it.
