Islam did a great job even though it was a highly unusual project. I have floor to ceiling jalousie windows in an apartment that always gets a strong breeze. I wanted storm covers, but they would have to go on the insude rather than outside due to HOA restrictions. Islam put in window trim on the sides and drilled holes and inserted anchors. Then he cut some polycarbonate panels to size and predrilled holes to line up with those in the trip. He got the right sized screws and washers to hold the panels in place and numbered each panel. Now I have storm window covers that I can easily put up and take down, as needed, whenever there is a serious storm threat. I'm so greatful!

normally given the choice between cheap, fast, and good, you can only choose 1, maybe 2. with oahu construction i got all three.
a previous contractor had bailed and i had one week to get my ceiling drywalled. Islam responded within an hour to my Thumbtack post, a quote in 2 hour, site visit the next day, started work the day after, and finished in 2 working days, and they did great work.
i will be hiring these guys again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with O’ahu construction on December 19th 2025. I recommend them 10 out of 10.
We had asked them to put in a diagonal wall in our hallway and it turned out great despite the tricky angle closet wall framing. We will definitely be using them again!
Note: in part of the scope of work was that we would paint after they orange peel’d the wall for texture. (That is what is shown in the picture, we have not painted it yet.)
