Steven was quick to respond once I reached out for help with fixing/replacing a pocket door. His first trip was to try and save me money by simply adjusting the rollers even with the door itself being warped. He honestly tried to make things work for 2 hours before recommending to replace the door and the ancient track. He knew money wasn’t an issue but still tried his hardest to save me some cash. Since I ended up deciding to upgrade the door and switch out the track, his second visit was the same as the first. Doing his best to save me money lol He took great care and attention to detail to EVERYTHING. Even painting the areas that went behind the board frame. He was even patient enough to remove the frames so that they could be used again. When I had questions, he’d answer without judgement and was open to conversation. I’ll be making him my first contact on all projects.
