- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house is different depending on duties, sq ft, and add ons. The price given is just a base estimate of what it will be close to in price. And if recurring I do offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do phone appts but will go and meet with client if requested. After we agree upon price of unit/house, we set the date. Client usually gives me address, keys or codes to property and if needed I bring a helper or 2. From there after the job is done, client comes to inspect and if satisfied we proceed to payment. I can also provide an invoice via email if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My best training is Motherhood, having five children you tend to have to be clean or always picking up after them. So for me I make it easier for my kids to keep clean by organizing the space and having them split the chores so no one child has more to do then the other. Team work is key to a clean house happy mom happy kids
