Hello. Thank you for viewing my information. I formed my LLC about two months ago. My thinking was, if I start my own business, I can be in complete control of the quality of work, pricing and overall satisfaction of the clients. If I do everything to the best of my ability, the business is sure to be successful. My business may only be two months old, but my recurring spans decades. I needed some work done on a Honolulu rental property when my tenants encountered an issue. I established communication with Freshest Pro Cleaning LLC and we were able to quickly agree that they could handle the work. The first day they were supposed to show up, something came up and the service provider was unable to make it. We agreed that the morning of the next day would be fine. The next day, the provider notified me that they wouldn’t be able to make it until that afternoon. Still no problem. Later that day I texted the provider to see if I could get an update and never got a text back. It is 4 days after the initial day that they were expected to do the work and I have heard nothing.
