- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally offer flat rates for our Standard, Deep, and Move-Out Cleanings. Hourly rates are available upon request put also carry a service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You pick a day and time, give us address, parking details, contact name and phone number, email address and we send you a booking confirmation. Once the cleaning is booked we will handle the rest. upon completion of the cleaning an invoice is sent to you via email where you can pay by credit card. if you are using another payment method other than charge card, let us know during the booking process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and trained by the International Janitorial Cleaning Service Association.
