Michael contacted me promptly for the job of sealing my gable windows. He gave an estimate which detailed the breakdown of the costs.
Both Michael and his Apprentice were prompt, courteous and respectful.

A to Z installed my new ceiling fan. I am satisfied and greatful for Michael’s work. My fan needed to be mounted about 11 ft above the floor —too high for me to handle. The new fan is a replacement for my old fan so the work required some unanticipated adjustments which Michael had no problem solving.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do this for a living, so I set my prices to be fair I understand that they are not the cheapest prices however that's because it's like the saying goes "you get what you pay for." I believe in being honest and upfront with every client. there's been times where I've sent a quote for $275 and got the job done in less time than expected and only charge $200 for services provided. I also believe in making clients for life. I do that by having integrity and treating people with respect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exchange of contact information project information possibly a walkthrough if needed. Then providing needed services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years general construction experience residential and commercial.
