How do I give Almond 10 stars?? First and foremost, she is probably the best hair and makeup artist I have ever worked with, and I have worked with dozens. She really is the definition of artist, and worked with my finicky hair and skin to produce magic. I have never felt more beautiful nor received so many compliments than I did after Almond was done with me. Second, Almond is a high caliber professional. She is very prompt and responsive. Some HMUA are kind of flaky and I’ve had trouble with booking and confirmation with them. No problems at all with Almond, which was reassuring. Finally, and maybe most important of all, Almond is a lovely, personable, thoughtful, intelligent, and empathetic person. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and was impressed by her insights and self-awareness. After our session, it felt like we had been friends forever. 💖 I only wish I had more special events to prep for so that I could hire Almond again and again!
