- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for puppies under 6 months of age, dogs that are spayed or neutered, and dog owners who are first responders, military, educators or health care professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to contact Balanced Obedience to receive a list of services, prices and discounts. Email and text are the best forms of communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified as a dog trainer in 1987 I received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Hawaii in Zoology, the study of animals. I am a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers I am a member of the NO SHOCK COLLAR coalition American Kennel Club (AKC) Approved Evaluator to test for: Canine and Advanced Good Citizen (CGC) and (CGCA), Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU), and S.T.A.R. Puppy Program.
