My name is Arthur Valera, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager with The Boulevard Property Management. Previous to real estate I was a Project Engineer in construction. Many skills were transferable making property management easy to pick up. Core skills are problem solving, coordinating, planning, budgeting, and creating systems. I also have a passion for art and design. This helps with creating marketing campaigns for each individual listing. Arthur is a true professional on how he runs his business and cares for his clients properties. Arthur and his team are attentive to all my needs in getting things fixed. The maintenance team does an excellent job at scheduling, coordinating and identifying issues and getting the job done. Arthur is whom I'm writing this review for. He is beyond amazing and a complete God send. I went through 2 other propertymanagers in the last 2 years and they were terrible.
Arthur helped me evict my terrible tenant and is awesome. The same concerns I brought up to the 2 previous propertymanagers, were ignored. Not with Arthur.
He is my propertymanager and realtor for life. If you need a real propertymanager who actually will manage your rental property, contact him ASAP!

2) 1 hour in-person property walk-thru and presentation.

5) Schedule professional photography and create marketing.
6) Conduct pre-inspection.
7) Schedule professional cleaning.
8) Schedule showings.
9) Process applications & applicant review with landlord for approval.
10) Execute lease agreement.
